Getting Your Pensra Data Ready to Paste

Pensra keeps your games and your fees on two separate pages. Part 1 is all you need — RefHub will ask you to set a default fee per role (Referee, AR1, AR2) for anything without one, so your schedule comes in complete right away. Part 2 is optional, for later — once games are marked paid, Pensra's payment report can fill in the exact amount on each one instead of the default. Both paste into the same box in RefHub and are detected automatically.

Part 1 · Your Schedule

  1. Log into Pensra and open Match Report from the left menu.This is the "Matches Criteria" search screen.
  2. Check the boxes shown below, leave the rest as they are, and hit Show.You only need to do this setup once — Pensra remembers it.
  3. Select the whole results table and copy it.A stray "23 games" header or filter text above it won't cause any problem — RefHub ignores anything that isn't a real game row.
  4. Paste it into RefHub's Import games screen and tap Parse.The format is detected automatically — no need to tell RefHub it's Pensra.

The one that trips people up: Gender defaults to unchecked for a lot of accounts. If it's off, every column after it shifts over by one and the import will read wrong values into the wrong fields. It's the single most common reason a paste that "should" work doesn't.

Why each one matters

Match#lets RefHub match a later payment report back to the right game

Part 2 · Your Fees (Optional)

Skip this if the default fees from Part 1 are close enough. Do it after your games from Part 1 are already in RefHub — it doesn't create new games, it replaces the default fee with the exact one on games already there, matched precisely by Match# even if two games landed on the same day.

  1. Open Accounting → Payments from the left menu.Not Match Report — this is a separate section, one level down under Accounting.
  2. Set a date range that covers the games you already imported, and hit Show.No checkboxes to configure here — this page's columns are fixed.
  3. Select the results table (Key / Match / Date / PlayingLeague / Client / Status / Period / Fee / Hours) and copy it.
  4. Paste it into the same Import games box in RefHub and tap Parse.RefHub recognizes this as a fee report, not a new schedule, and shows you which games it'll update before anything saves.
